With a few simple setup steps, you can push AI-generated notes straight into your patient’s file — no copying or manual uploads required. Designed for ambulatory care teams and medical specialists using Veradigm in the United States and Canada, including independent practices and clinics.
How does it work?
Heidi connects directly with Veradigm so scheduled appointments automatically appear in Heidi, helping you start the right session and complete your notes without extra set-up each time. Once your Heidi notes are finalised, you can send it back into Veradigm, where it populates the relevant note sections for that Encounter.
Appointments in Heidi: Create a new Encounter in Veradigm for the day, and the appointment appear in Heidi.
Note generation: Heidi listens during your patient visit and generates structured, custom notes automatically.
Section-by-section filing: Map headings from your Heidi note template into Veradigm sections like Reason for Visit (HPI), ROS, History, Vitals, Physical Exam, and Assessment & Plan.
Send to Veradigm: Integrate your notes and letters directly to the Veradigm patient record with a single click.
