Overview

Heidi's integration with Turbomed helps clinicians reduce documentation time and keep patient records up to date without disrupting their existing workflow. Using the GDT file exchange standard, Heidi connects with Turbomed to pass structured clinical notes directly between the two systems. This integration is available on the Heidi desktop app.

How does it work?

Heidi works alongside Turbomed via GDT file exchange, a widely used standard for data transfer between medical software systems in Germany. Clinicians use the Heidi desktop app to capture and generate clinical notes during or after a consultation, which are then passed to Turbomed via the GDT interface for filing into the patient record.
