About Gmail integration with Heidi

Overview

Gmail integration lets you connect Heidi to Google Workspace. Once connected, Heidi can search and read Gmail, create drafts, send messages, and reply to threads — with your approval before anything is sent.

How it works

1. Start setup and sign in with your Google account.
2. Authorise Heidi to access your Gmail.
3. Return to Heidi and use Gmail from Work.

This setup flow starts with Google authentication and then returns you to Heidi. Heidi asks for your approval before sending mail. This connection is for Gmail inside Heidi, not a full EHR workflow integration.
