Spark Aligner Review Appointment
Current Treatment Status:

* Expressed some concern about the lower teeth not moving as quickly as anticipated.
* Feels more confident smiling.
Patient Comfort:
* Patient reported mild tenderness for the first 2-3 days after changing to a new aligner.
* No sharp edges or irritation from the aligners reported.
* Occasional difficulty removing aligners, but manageable.
Compliance Assessment:
* Patient reports wearing aligners approximately 20-22 hours per day.
* Consistently removing aligners for meals and brushing.
* Cleanse aligners daily with lukewarm water and a soft brush; occasionally uses cleaning tablets.
IPR Completed:
* IPR was performed between 32-31 and 41-42, 0.2mm using a hand strip.
* No discomfort reported during or after the procedure.
Treatment Plan Modifications:
* No modifications to the original treatment plan at this stage. Decision made to continue with current aligner sequence and reassess at the next appointment.
