Jocelyn Gulliver is a former cardiothoracic nurse now turned all-around healthtech operator, with a background that bridges clinical care, entrepreneurship, and digital health delivery. She began her career at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney, working in high-acuity cardiothoracics where she gained firsthand insight into the demands clinicians face on the floor.
Her journey took a turn when she moved to Spain, leading operations for a tourism business before returning to Australia to run her own historic tours company. However, the pull back to healthcare was strong. Jocelyn eventually worked in healthtech startups for nearly a decade across product, operations, and service design, building digital tools and services that aim to improve care quality, patient experience, and ease the burden on clinicians.
Now at Heidi, Jocelyn leads Customer Success. She draws on both her clinical roots and product expertise to help clinicians adopt and thrive with AI-powered documentation and get real value from day one.
Having been on both the clinical and patient sides of the system, she brings deep empathy and a genuine appreciation for what clinicians do. Her north star has always been the same: make life easier for clinicians, so they can focus on delivering the care that matters. Heidi is where she’s making that possible at scale.
