There are no signs of delusions or preoccupations. - Perceptions: The patient denies any hallucinations or sensory misinterpretations. - Cognition: The patient is oriented to time, place, and person. His memory and concentration appear intact. - Insight: The patient demonstrates good insight into his condition, acknowledging his symptoms and the need for treatment. - Judgment: The patient's judgment is intact, and he understands the consequences of his actions.
