Spark Aligner Review Appointment Current Treatment Status: * Patient is currently on Aligner #12 of 24 in the initial treatment sequence. * Upper arch showing good progress with lateral incisor rotation. * Lower arch has a slight delay in canine distalisation. Aligner Tracking Assessment: * Upper aligners tracking well, minimal discrepancies noted. * Lower left canine showing minor tracking issues, with a slight gap noted at the gingival margin of the aligner. * Upper left central incisor has a slight halo effect, but overall tracking is acceptable. Patient's Perspective on Treatment Progress: * Patient reports feeling positive about the progress, particularly with the upper front teeth. * Expressed some concern about the lower teeth not moving as quickly as anticipated. * Feels more confident smiling. Patient Comfort: * Patient reported mild tenderness for the first 2-3 days after changing to a new aligner. * No sharp edges or irritation from the aligners reported. * Occasional difficulty removing aligners, but manageable. Compliance Assessment: * Patient reports wearing aligners approximately 20-22 hours per day. * Consistently removing aligners for meals and brushing. * Cleanse aligners daily with lukewarm water and a soft brush; occasionally uses cleaning tablets. IPR Completed: * IPR was performed between 32-31 and 41-42, 0.2mm using a hand strip. * No discomfort reported during or after the procedure.
