INVESTIGATIONS: RADIOLOGY: Chest X-ray shows hyperinflation and increased bronchovascular markings. PLAN: We will continue current bronchodilator therapy and consider adding inhaled corticosteroids if symptoms persist. We will also review the patient's inhaler technique and provide education on COPD management.
